The Chatham County Beekeepers’ Association (CCBA) meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Starrlight Mead, 130 Lorax Lane in Pittsboro, NC.
Meetings with local presenters will be in-person only. Meetings with remote speakers will be virtual.
Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings. You do NOT have to be a member of the CCBA to come to the meetings.

- January 14th – Mead making demonstration by Ben of Starrlight Mead
- February 11th– Wade Turner, NCSBA Regional Director with NCSBA update
- March 11th – NCSBA Spring Meeting speaker recap
- April 8th – Nancy Ruppert discussion on IPM with focus on hygienic bees
- May 13th – Table hopping with a master beekeeper at each table for information, sharing knowledge, answering questions, and meeting new members
- June 10th – Lynne Swanson (Zoom Only) on landing board behaviors
- July 8th – TBD
- August 12th – Members – demonstrations on entering honey and products from the hive
- September 9th– Potluck dinner & cooking with honey competition along with Black Jar contest
