To join the CCBA or renew your membership, you may fill out the online form below or download a CCBA Membership Form, fill it out, and mail it with your payment check to the address on the form.

For online payments, when you click "Submit" below, you will be taken to a PayPal page where you can pay with or without logging into a PayPal account. If you do not wish to log in to PayPal, click the option that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." After your payment processes successfully, you will receive an email confirming your membership information for 2025. For single member payments by cash or check, clicking submit will take you to a confirmation page with mailing instructions for your payment.
